1. Glossop LGBT exists to provide a community for all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people from Glossop and the surrounding areas.
2. We aim to give LGBT people an environment in which they can be open, honest about their sexuality, safe and themselves.
3. We will celebrate all aspects of gay culture.
4. We will recognise the pioneering work being done all over the world.
5. We will never discriminate against any individual or group based on race, age or sexuality and we will fight bigotry and ignorance wherever we encounter it.
6. We will probably drink a lot.
